School Uniform

Introduction

School uniform is optional, however we would prefer children to be wearing uniform. The school dress code is in place to ensure the health and safety of pupils whilst they are at school.

Our school uniform is:
• Navy school jumper
• White polo t-shirt / white school shirt
• Grey trousers / shorts/ skirt / pinafore

Children should wear suitable flat shoes of a plain, dark colour.

High heeled shoes, flip flops and sandals are not allowed for health and safety reasons, as they are also not suitable for outdoor play.  The wearing of jewellery other than ear studs, is not permitted. 

School jumpers with our school logo are available from Smart Uniforms in Dewsbury but these are not compulsory.

Please name all items of clothing.

PE clothing
Children change for PE into:
• A t-shirt
• Shorts / jogging bottoms
• Pumps / trainers (for outdoor PE)
Please ensure these are brought into school in a clearly labelled drawstring bag.
Long hair should be tied back and ear studs removed or covered with plaster tape.

Please name all items of clothing.

Book bags carrying the school logo are available from the office at a cost of £3.50.
